Founded in 2015 as Ibiza’s first freediving school, we bring extensive expertise in all aspects of experiencing the underwater world on breathhold.

Louisa - a Master Instructor and one of the world’s most experienced safety freedivers - provides expert guidance for competitions, film productions, and photoshoots.

Louisa is a Brainspotting Practitioner and works with freedivers from beginner to professional athlete to shift blocks and limitations and to optimise performance!
